We are equipped with the latest support techniques like remote access as well as traditional landline and mobile phone support. To get a support by remote access, please use link below and follow the instructions.

  • Download Hitechniques TeamViewer Host - get.teamviewer.com/hitechniques
  • Run downloaded installer
  • In the TeamViewer 13 Host Setup click Next
  • Choose "Both of the above" and click Next
  • Check the box if you accept the terms and click Next
  • Wait until it install the app (it will take few seconds, you can see installation progress on the bar)
  • Setup Unattended access - click Cancel
  • Click Allow and Finish

Now your computer is prepared to access by our support engineer - if you want to cancel the access, or secure it by password, you can do it at any time in the settings. Click on Settings icon (above your ID), choose Security tab on the left side. You can setup your own password, or enable Random Password (which we'd recommend), confirm changes by OK.
